In UTME, note that English Language is mandatory for all courses. The other three subjects required to study Adult and Community Education under the Faculty of Education in the institutions listed above are:
Government/History, one Social Science subject and any other subject.
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) RSUST accepts a pass in NCE General English and Basic Mathematics.
O’Level Requirements for UTME Candidates
To apply for Adult and Community Education as a UTME candidate, you require: Five ‘SSCE credits including English and Mathematics or TC II with pass in English and at least 4 other subjects.
Three of Lit. in English, History, French, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, CRK, Islamic Studies, Geography/Physics, Economics Government and Mathematics
Special Requirements (Waiver) Remarks
(i) RSUST accepts a pass in NCE General English and Basic Mathematics.
Requirements for Direct Entry Candidates
To apply for Adult and Community Education as a Direct Entry candidate, you require: (i) Two ‘A’ level passes.
(ii) NCE with passes in two subjects at merit level.
