UNN 2015/2016 Post UTME Form Details and Eligibility Status Information

The University of Nigeria (UNN) according to information coming from the Office of the Vice Chancellor have released a portal where you can print your 2015/2016 Post UTME application invoice and proceed to the bank to make payment. It was also discovered after some students checked the JAMB registration numbers of their brothers, sisters, relatives and friends that not all students that applied for the institution can print an invoice. This indicates and suggests that UNN must have adopted the JAMB admission policy likewise and are admitting and calling for Post UTME applications based on the list the received from JAMB.

According to this information emanating from the Office of the Vice Chancellor, the sale of the online pre-registration forms has kicked off. The school management is planning and working seriously towards making this year’s screening exercise computer based. The school is adopting the CBT mode because of its many gains.
The platform for UNN post-utme CBT Practice is already running on the school’s official website. Candidates are hereby advised to begin to get ready for this new development. Those who fumbled their way through JAMB CBT exam should double their efforts this time because any flop here would mean loss of admission opportunity as far as UNN is concerned.

See the information that was displayed for those who couldn’t print their invoice:

The JAMB registration does exist in JAMB list database for 2015/2016 academic session

For those that were successful, an invoice similar to the one below was displayed on the screen.

DOCUMENTS TO GO ALONG WITH FOR 2015 UNN PUTME SCREENING

1.      A copy of your PUTME online registration form (duly completed).

2.      2015/2016 JAMB Slip.

This is the instruction from the school and it’s very clear. I think candidates should learn to show some maturity just sometimes. My Facebook inbox has been flooded with messages from people who allow themselves to be tossed about by conflicting information from unreliable sources.

Please, JAMB registration slip is JAMB registration slip. Whether it’s the one you printed immediately after registration (which has no exam date and time) or the one you printed later with date and time, it doesn’t matter. What is required is your JAMB SLIP. Some people say the slip must be coloured but does it matter??

Please and please, disregard anybody telling you to bring ORIGINAL JAMB RESULT Slip as that is absolutely unnecessary now. Their intention is to mount pressures on you and possibly make you run to them to process the original slip for you. All you need are the two documents required by the school as outlined above. (You can also go along with your JAMB result printout if you feel like going with more papers.)

Remember not to get close to the venue (Nnamdi Azikiwe Library, UNN) with a GSM handset, Calculator or any other extraneous materials. Just don’t try it. If you are yet to know your batch, exam date and time, just go back to the place you did your registration and reprint your form. The information would appear there if you do.

Direct Entry candidates are not part of this screening exercise and should not attempt buying the form now. Information about D.E. screening will be released later.

Pls how can i contact UNN ICT department?

    1. Chibuzo, are you anywhere around UNN?

  • Chinze Chibuzo Alexander

Sir i have completed my post utme form online and i forgot to fill in my waec exam number and i have submitted it.And now i want to fill it in but i cannot redo it,pls i need help on how to do it again.

    1. Chibuzo, are you sure you didn’t fill your waec exam number which is a required field? Because, you can’t submit the slip without filling required fields. Besides, if you’re sure you forgot to fill it, the best thing would be to contact UNN ICT department and find out the consequences. For me, I think that if you succeeded in printing the exam slip, all is in order.
