UNICAL 2016/2017 Pre-Degree (Placement For Year One & New Intakes) Admission List Is Out



We are pleased to inform all prospective Pre-degree students and the general public that the University Of Calabar, Calabar (UNICAL) Pre Degree Admission List(s) for Newly Intakes (those who bought the form for 2016/2017) and Placement For Year One (those who did Pre-degree programme last two years 2015/2016 and have been admitted into 100L 2016/2017) of the 2016/2017 academic session has been released.

UNICAL Admission List For 2015/2016 Session Released

According to the pasted list, some lucky Pre-degree students (Placement For Year One) were admitted into the 6 newly introduced Engineering Departments of the University Of Calabar, some were admitted into Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, while some into Electrical Engineering and few into Pharmacy Department. Etc. 

It should be noted that the newly introduced Engineering Departments were made known to the public by the Vice Chancellor of the University Of Calabar, prof. Zana Akpagu that it’d start running in the 2017/2018 academic session but we were surprise seeing candidates admitted to that Departmemts in the 2016/2017 academic session.

How To Check UNICAL Pre Degree Admission List

The Pre-degree Admission List(s) was pasted yesterday at the Administration Block near Geology Department in the Faculty Of Sciences.

You can proceed to check for your name on the list.

    Please if I enter with chemistry as a course, will I be able to change to civil engineering in second year. The reason why am asking is that some of the subjects done by chemistry student might be different from the one done by civil engineering students.
