– TASU workers have just been suspended by the Governor
Reports have it that the Governor, Darius Ishaku of Taraba State has directed that all staff of Taraba State University (TASU), Jalingo employed between May 29, 2015 to date be suspended.
This directive was contained in a letter with a reference number MOE/S/34/169 signed by the state Commissioner for Education who was represented by Bala Fwadu.
According to the letter this directive takes immediate effect.
The reason for this development not yet known.
