I am scheduled to write my putme exam on Thursday 14th January, which is today by 4-5pm. So I login into the sambosi software by 4:14 then I started writing the exam, but it started hanging after I had attempted 20 questions, and I still have 14mins 10secs left. I waited for a while, I pressed alot of things to be sure, I even checked my internet connection and yes I still had 2gb left, so definitely it wasn't the internet connection. So I snapped it then send to the telegram group but I didn't get a valid solution, later I was asked to send a message to this link. So please kindly help me rectify it and send a valid solution.
