NECO timetable: The new National Examinations Council (NECO), SSCE External Timetable for 2023 has been published. According to the timetable, the examination has been scheduled to take off on Monday 20th November to Wednesday 20 December 2023.

NOTE:
- Candidates should confirm the specific Venues for Oral French and Arabic Paper IV from NECO State Office where they are sitting for the examination.
- The Nigerian Languages i.e. Hausa. Igbo and Yoruba include the Literature aspect
- BLIND CANDIDATES are to sit for the examination in their respective NECO State Offices and make use of the supplied Braille Sheets
- The ALBINOS AND BLIND CANDIDATES are to be given 30 minutes extra time across all papers.
- Use of Scientific Calculator is allowed.
- BRINGING INTO THE EXAMINATION HALL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION GADGETS (PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS, MOBILE PHONES, IPADS, TABLETS, SMART WRIST WATCHES/GLASSES/PENS ETC) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- For Technical Drawing I and IV, candidates should come with their drawing instruments and materials.
- Candidates who do not sit for practical (Paper I and IV) will not have result in the subject.

This time table is not encouraging.
Why the rush?
Neco officials should have make it at least 2 papers a day but rather someone can be having 3 to 4 papers a day.
Please don't make this exam to be too difficult for us,am pleading on the behalf of all Neco candidate. I will be grateful to see positive changes in the time table.
I just coppied it down now thinking I'd find economics as the last subject. Unfortunately, it's not there. Please is this timetable gonna go through another update?
