NECO GCE Official Timetable for SSCE External Candidates, 2022



NECO timetable: The new National Examinations Council (NECO), SSCE External Timetable for 2022 has been published. According to the timetable, the examination has been scheduled to take off on Monday 21st November to Wednesday 21st December 2022.

The National Examinations Council (NECO) management has released the timetable for the 2020 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) for External candidates. 

According to the 2022 NECO GCE Timetable, the examination has been scheduled to take off on Monday 21st November to Wednesday 21st December 2022.

NOTE:

  • Candidates should confirm the specific Venues for Oral French and Arabic Paper IV from NECO State Office where they are sitting for the examination.
  • The Nigerian Languages i.e. Hausa. Igbo and Yoruba include the Literature aspect
  • BLIND CANDIDATES are to sit for the examination in their respective NECO State Offices and make use of the supplied Braille Sheets
  • The ALBINOS AND BLIND CANDIDATES are to be given 30 minutes extra time across all papers.
  • Use of Scientific Calculator is allowed.
  • BRINGING INTO THE EXAMINATION HALL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION GADGETS (PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATORS, MOBILE PHONES, IPADS, TABLETS, SMART WRIST WATCHES/GLASSES/PENS ETC) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  • For Technical Drawing I and IV, candidates should come with their drawing instruments and materials.
  • Candidates who do not sit for practical (Paper I and IV) will not have result in the subject.

The National Examinations Council (also known as NECO) is an examination body in Nigeria that conducts the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination and the General Certificate in Education in June/July and December/January respectively.
