LAUTECH Pre-Degree Admission Form and Application Details for 2023/2024 Session
Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, LAUTECH pre-degree admission form (popularly referred to as PDS) for the 2023/2024 academic session has been released.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Pre-degree Science Programme, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, for the 2023/2024 Session.
The general public is hereby informed that application form for admission to the Pre-Degree Science Programme of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso is available online for completion as from Saturday, July 1, 2023 on the website: https://apply.lautech.edu.ng.

LAUTECH Pre-Degree Programme Duration
The programme is expected to run for six (6) calendar months after which there will be an intensive and compulsory ICT programme which will run for three (3) months immediately after the final examination while successful candidates are awaiting admission into the degree programmes.
Pre-Degree Admission Requirements.
Applicants should possess five O’ Level credit passes in WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB at not
more than two sittings from English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agric. Science, Economics, Geography, Financial Accounting, Marketing, Commerce, Business Studies, Government, Literature in English, Civic Education, History, Yoruba and CRS/IRS.
Applicants with deficiency and or awaiting result(s) in the subjects listed above are also eligible to apply pro-visor the result(s) will be available before the completion of the programme.
How to Apply for the 2023/2024 LAUTECH Pre-Degree Programme
(1) A prospective Applicant is expected to proceed to apply.lautech.edu.ng to make payment of Ten thousand Naira (N10,000:00) only; for the Application Form and registration online using Interswitch enabled Debit (ATM) Card
(2) Each applicant is expected to carefully complete and submit the online Application Form. An incomplete Application Form will not be treated.
Entrance Examination
The entrance examination for successful applicants takes place at designated venue(s) and time as may be indicated on successful applicants’ registration confirmation slips on Tuesday, Octber 31, 2023.
Applicants are to please, note that the entrance examination will be Computer Based Test (CBT).

Placement into Degree Programmes
- Placement into degree programmes will be based on performance at the end of the programme, admission requirements, vacancy in the desired degree programme, and participation in the ICT Intensive Training. Also, all intending applicants are to ensure they obtain 2024 UTME Form, sit for the examination and pass with the minimum cut-off mark as may be determined by the University Senate.
Information on Choice of Programme
Each candidate is expected to make two (2) choices out of the undergraduate programme options available at LAUTECH as listed below. The options are divided into Groups A and B. Each candidate is expected to choose only one programme from any of the two groups. No candidate should make the two choices from the same group.
Closing Date
The closing date for the submission of Application Form is Friday, October 27, 2023. Each applicant must ensure that the Registration Confirmation Slip bearing his/her passport photograph is downloaded and printed as an evidence of successful submission of the Form.
