LATEST UPDATE: The Supplementary application for admission into the University has been extended from 12th October 2023 to 19th November 2023. All pending applications can be updated before the aforesaid deadline. Additionally, all the UTME and Direct-Entry candidates who have not yet been admitted, but chose Ignatius Ajuru University of Education as their first choice and have also registered for the 2023/2024 admission exercise and still wish to pursue a degree programme in the University may apply. Details are as follows;

PROCEDURES:

1. Proceed online to your JAMB Profile, and effect a change of course to your desired programme in strict compliance with the UTME and O’level combinations required for your programme of choice. (Use the change of institution link)

2. Wrong combinations for your choice programme will lead to disqualification.

3. Upload your A’level results on the JAMB portal.

4. Make a payment of N12,000.00 only through your profile in the University portal to process your admission in the supplementary batch.

5. Thereafter, continue to monitor your admission on JAMB CAPS to know when you have been offered admission.

6. Application will be re-open from Sunday November 12th 2023-Sunday 19th November, 2023- (One Week only). There will be no extension of deadline.

7. All candidates desirous of seeking Direct Entry Admission into any of the above-listed programmes may immediately apply.

NB: Applicants must score 140 and above to qualify for admission into the above-listed Departments. Kindly login to your JAMB profile, do a change of Course to the Course to your desired programme. Also, login to the University portal, register using the registration link and select your preferred Course option.

LATEST UPDATE: This is to inform all Direct Entry candidates that Ignatius Ajuru University of Education has extended the deadline for the 2023/2024 Post-UTME/Direct Entry Registration Exercise which commenced on 3rd July, 2023. The exercise will now close on Saturday 12th August, 2023. Online screening is scheduled to commence on Monday, 14th August, 2023.

Candidates seeking admission into the University who have not registered for the 2023/2024 Post-UTME/DE exercise are hereby advised to do so before the expiration of the deadline of Saturday, 12th August, 2023.

Details on how to apply for the screening exercise is as follows;

This is to invite all direct-entry candidates of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) for the 2023/2024 admission exercise. Direct Entry Candidates are to commence registration using the registration link on the portal as contained in the advertisement. The registration fee is N2, 000.00 only.

How to Apply for IAUE Direct Entry Screening:

Payment for registration and IAUE Direct Entry screening will be online via ATM Card or bank after generation of an invoice at the University website (www.iauoe.edu.ng) as listed below.  The cost of screening is two thousand naira (N2, 000). 

Candidates are expected to register for the 2023/2024 Screening exercise online as follows:

Candidates are expected to register for the 2023/2024 UTME Screening exercise online as follows:

1. Visit the University Website www.iauoe.edu.ng. 
2. On ADMISSION Menu, click on “Undergraduate Studies”
3. Click on “2023/2024 UTME/DE Screening Registration”. 
4. On the page that appears, click on “Register for 2023/2024 Session UTME/DE Screening”. 
5. A page appears; enter your JAMB Reg. No. and Click Register. 
6. If you are a FIRST CHOICE candidate:

•  Your details will appear.
• Click on Confirm to confirm your details.
• Enter your Phone No and E-mail & click on submit.
• An E-mail containing your login details will be sent to you via your registered email address. Please ensure you use a valid email address during registration.  
• Your logon details will also be displayed on the page for you to copy and take note of.
• If you have forgotten your password or unable to note it from the registration screen, kindly login to your email address for your login details.

7. If you are NOT a FIRST CHOICE candidate: 

• Click on UTME Registration button, a form will appear.
• Fill the form completely and click on submit.
• An E-mail containing your login details will be sent to you via your registered email address. Please ensure you use a valid email address during registration.  
• Your logon details will also be displayed on the page for you to copy and take note of.
• If you have forgotten your password or unable to note it from the registration screen, kindly login to your email address for your login details. 

NB: Following instruction 6 above, remember to effect change of institution to Ignatius Ajuru University of Education from JAMB Portal. Candidates who used awaiting result during JAMB registration should remember to upload their O’level in JAMB portal and do same in University portal. 
8. Click on Login and enter your username and password sent to your email/phone. 
9. You will be prompted to change your password. Save your new password. 
10. From the menu on the left, click on Pay Screening Fees. 
11. Click on Pay for UTME Registration button and then click on Generate Invoice below. 
12. Confirm your Invoice and click on Proceed to Pay 
13. You will be redirected to Interswitch payment platform, enter your card details and make your payment conveniently. For security purposes, your card details are NOT stored in our secured portal. 
14. After successful payment, click on ‘Update Personal Data’ menu on the left, UPDATE ALL FIELDS on your registration form and submit. 
15. Print your Registration Slip and log out. 
16. Save your login details. Your username and your password are your personal credentials to access your profile in the University portal. 
NB: Please, ensure error-free and seamless registration. The University is engaging in data verification of its candidates. We will do a data matching with the information provided by JAMB through its database. 
Please note that registration is online and candidates are advised to register from any location.

IAUE Direct Entry Screening Requirements

Candidates are to come to the screening centre with the following:

• O’level certificates (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalents).
• Minimum of Credit/Merit in National Diploma , NCE, IJMB, JUPEB or its equivalent in relevant studies area from recognized tertiary institutions
• Print-out of the online registration and JAMB original slip.
• Two passport photographs
• Birth certificate/Age declaration
• Local Government Identification letter
