Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa State (FUOtuoke) 2018/2019 Post UTME screening form for all admission-seeking candidates is now available as has been announced by the institution. All concerned aspirants and interested members of the public that wish to study in the institution are hereby notified and advised to procure their forms as soon as possible.
According the school’s management and authorities, the process of registering candidates for 2018/2019 Post UTME Screening Exercise registration has commenced in the Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa State (FUOtuoke). The details of the registration, cut off mark have been released likewise.
FUOtuoke Post UTME Form and Screening Details
The Federal University Otuoke invites applications from JAMB UTME candidates for Admission Screening into the University for the 2018/2019 Academic Session. Interested candidates are to be guided by the following:
ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION
The following categories of JAMB UTME candidates are eligible to apply:
a.) Candidates who took the Federal University Otuoke as their first choice and scored 150 and above in the 2018/2019 JAMB UTME examination.
b.) Interested candidates who did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but wish to study in the University and scored 150 and above in the JAMB UTME examination. Candidates in this category must do a change of Institution to Federal University Otuoke via JAMB website (www.jamb.org.ng) and chose any of the programmes listed above.

How to Apply for FUOtuoke Post UTME Screening
Candidates are to make a Non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) only by using an Interswitch Verve enabled or Master card for the application form.
Candidates are to visit www.fuotuoke.edu.ng or http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng for detailed instructions for the online application.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION
Candidates are required to upload the following documents:
Recent Passport – size photograph
Copy of 2018 JAMB UTME original result printout
Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-Level Result
Copy of LGA Identification letter
Copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
Valid WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O-Level Result Checking Scratch Card Details
Use a digital passport photograph,
Use the same name as used in your JAMB UTME and in the same order,
Submit a valid email address and personal phone number in your online application,
Upload your O Level result checking scratch card. For candidates combining two O Level results, both scratch cards should be up loaded accordingly.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
Online application portal closes on Sunday, August 26, 2018.
DATE OF POST UTME EXERCISE
The date for the POST UTME Screening Exercise would be communicated via this platform.
ITEMS FOR SCREENING TEST
a. Candidates are to bring the following for the screening test:
1. Acknowledgement letter
2. UTME Result Slip
b. DO NOT bring the following items into the screening test hall:
1. Mathematical tables
3. GSM phones
4. Bags of any kind
All the items in VIII(b) above will be confiscated if brought into the screening hall. Federal University Otuoke will not be held liable for loss of GSM phones seized from candidates.
CANDIDATES WHO MAKE FALSE DECLARATION OF UTME SCORES, ORDINARY LEVEL RESULT GRADES (WAEC, NECO OR NABTEB) AS WELL AS STATE OF ORIGIN SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
Successful candidates will be issued letter of invitation to report at the University Campus for further verification processes.

The Federal University Otuoke (FUO), is one of nine new Federal Universities established by the Federal Government of Nigeria in February 2011. Located in the heart of the oil-rich Niger-Delta Region of Bayelsa State, the University which is 21 kilometres South of the State capital of Yenagoa, occupies an expanse of 200 hectares (494 acres) in the Ijaw town of Otuoke.
Currently we have two Faculties: Faculty of Humanities/ Social Sciences which has 2 Departments and six programmes, and Faculty of Science which has 3 Departments and six programmes.
Come September 2014, two new Faculties (Engineering/Technology and Business Management Sciences) will be added to our suite, while a Graduate School to prepare for when we begin to offer postgraduate degrees will also commence.
We have an early aspiration to promote world-class and cutting-edge research in Energy & Environmental Science, Engineering and Technology; Marine Science, Engineering and Technology; Human & Social Dynamics; as well as Business Management & Entrepreneurial Studies.
Our 1040 students are enrolled in twelve programs which include; Accounting and Finance, Economics and Development, Sociology and Anthropology, Political Science and Strategic Studies (all in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences), as well as Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, Mathematics with Statistics, Computer Science and Informatics, and Physics with Electronics/Power, (all in the Faculty of Science).
