Some 200L students in the Faculty of Engineering, Bayero University Kano (BUK) recently found their test scripts with a “Mai Suya” in the market of the school.
Reports have it that the lecturers complained of the paper being leak before the exams, and also, of the students not submitting in time after exhausting the One (1) hour deadline for the test questions.
This made the lecturer disposed the test scripts in a dust bin which was later found with a Mai Suya in the School.
Some BUK students expressed disappointment with the lecturers for not organizing and coordinating the test which they believed led to the late submission of the scripts. They also denied the allegations of the paper being leaked before the beginning of the test.
As a sign of the punishment, reports have it that the lecturers might likely score the entire students zero for their assessment otherwise; their Continuous Assessment (CA) might be added to their exam questions.
