AKSU 2015/2016 Post Utme Form Information

Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) 2015/2016 Post UTME screening form for all admission-seeking candidates is now available as has been announced by the institution. All concerned aspirants and interested members of the public that wish to study in the institution are hereby notified and advised to procure their forms as soon as possible.

According the school’s management and authorities, the process of registering candidates for 2015/2016 Post UTME Screening Exercise registration has commenced in the Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU). The details of the registration, cut off mark have been released likewise.

AKSU 2015/2016 Post UTME Application Procedures, Venues and Dates

Akwa Ibom State University (AKSU) hereby duly invites candidates who chose the institution as their First Choice (Most Preferred) and scored 180 and above in the last UTME examination to apply for the Post-UTME screening exercise for 2015/2016 admissions into first degree programmes.


Candidates will be required to register for the exercise with a screening fee of N3,500.00 (three thousand five hundred Naira) only through on-line payment using the following procedure and the banks listed below:
(a) Procedure for Payment/Registration

(a) To make payment visit: to generate Pre-Payment Analysis Slip, by following the steps below:
1. Click on REGISTER NOW LINK in the Login Page
2. Select PUTME in the Registration Type Panel
3. Click REGISTER NOW tab in the PUTME Page
4. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click the Verify Link
5. Click Make Payment Link, select Bank Option and print the Pre-Payment Analysis Slip.
6.With the Pre-Payment Analysis Slip, visit any of the participating banks below and request to make payment for AKSU Post UTME using etransact Payment Platform.
7. Eligible candidates should pay a non-refundable sum of N3,500.00 (three thousand five hundred Naira) only
8. Revisit the school portal, to complete the Registration Form
9. On successful registration, click the PRINT BUTTON to print the 2015 Post UTME Examination Schedule Slip.

The admission screening will be conducted on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at the two campuses of the University simultaneously as follows:


(i) Faculty of Engineering: Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

(ii) Faculty of Education: Education/Biology, Education/Chemistry, Education/Integrated Science, Education/Mathematics, Education/Physics

(iii) Faculty of Natural & Applied Sciences: Biological Sciences, Botany, Genetics and Biotechnology, Zoology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics.


(i) Faculty of Agriculture: Agricultural Economics/Extension, Animal Science, Crop Science
Soil Science.

(ii) Faculty of Arts: English & Literary Studies, History & International Studies, Mass Communication, Performing Arts, Philosophy, Religious Studies

(iii) Faculty of Social & Management Sciences: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Political Sciences, Public Administration.

The screening will commence at 9.00 a.m. prompt at the two (2) campuses simultaneously. Candidates are therefore, advised to arrive the venue of the screening exercise early.

NOTE: Candidates are to appear for screening with the following:

1) 2015/2016 UTME result slip showing the candidates photograph in colour;
2) Three (3) passport photographs with red background;
3) Writing materials which should include HB pencil, sharpener, eraser, ruler and ball point pen.

Candidates are strongly advised not to come to the screening venue with GSM phones, calculators, or any extraneous materials, as any violation of this instruction will be penalized.


Closing date for registration is Tuesday, 11th August, 2015 at midnight.
