AAU Ekpoma Post UTME and DE Admission Screening Form, 2019/2020 (Updated)

AAU Ekpoma Post UTME and DE Form Registration Announced

LATEST UPDATE: AAU Ekpoma post UTME / Direct Entry screening form application deadline has been extended till 17th September, 2019. See the requirements and how to apply below.

AAU Post-UTME form, Registration, cut-off mark, eligibility screening date, application cost and deadline for 2019/2020 Academic Session have been announced. The required cut-off mark is 170. Application form costs ₦2000. Registration deadline is 17th September, 2019 6th September, 2019 August 31st, 2019. See full details below:

AAU Ekpoma Post UTME and DE Form Available for 2019/2020 Session

This is to inform all 2019/2020 UTME candidates who applied to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as an institution of First Choice, with a UTME score of 170 and above that they are invited to apply for the post UTME screening exercise.

All 2019/2020 UTME candidates who applied to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as Institution of  First Choice,  with a UTME Score of 175 and above are required to pay for the Ambrose Alli University , Ekpoma Screening Exercise online Application form at a fee of 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only Using their ATM debit Cards on Interswitch.

Procedure for Online Application:

Candidates are advised to apply online at and make payment with their ATM debit cards on Interswitch.
All such candidates must upload their coloured passport photographs, fill in all relevant certificates/documents (WAEC/NECO/NATEB etc.) with the correct examination number, exam date, exam type, scratch card PIN and serial number) to the portal.
Candidates should preview and confirm that the passport photograph is properly uploaded as no compliant of wrong or blank picture will be entertained after submission of forms.

Direct Entry:

All Direct Entry candidates who applied to JAMB for admission and chose Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, as Institution of First Choice are also required to complete the online application form for their screening exercise. All such candidates must enter all relevant certificates/documents (WAEC/NECO/NATEB, NEC, DIPLOMA/DEGREE etc.) with the correct examination number and pin) to the Portal.

All candidates (both UTME and Direct Entry) are to note that:

  1. The cost of the online Application form is N2,000.00(Two thousand naira) only.
    ii.  All names should be written in full when completing the online application form as
    no initials shall be entertained.

AAU Ekpoma Post UTME / DE Mode of Screening:

The screening exercise for all candidates would be done strictly ONLINE by the screening of qualifying results of candidates. There shall be no physical screening.

Awaiting Result

ONLINE screening for candidates with awaiting result will be done at a later date to be communicated to affected candidates.

Application Forms:

Application forms for both UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates will be available online for completion and submission from Monday, 17th of June, 2019 to 17th September, 2019.


Candidates should check the University website and Portal at regularly for other details on the application/admission procedure.


  1. Any Applicant who fails to fill and submit the form online may forteit his/her eligibility for consideration of the 2019/2020 academic session’s admission exercise.
  2. Applicants that provide false information or upload incorrect credentials online will automatically be ‘disqualified’
