AAU Ekpoma Post UTME and DE Form Registration Details, 2018/2019

Prospective Post-UTME candidates of Ambrose Alli Unoversity Ekpoma and the publish are hereby informned that the Post-UTME registration deadline for 2018/2019 academic session have been extended. The new deadline is August 31st, 2018. Interested candidates who wish to apply can do so before the stated deadline.

AAU Ekpoma Post UTME and DE Form Registration Details, 2018/2019

The Screening Exercise would be done ONLINE by screening of qualifying results of candidates.

That is,  Aspirants in Ekpoma don’t have to come down to the School to be screened and Aspirants in other towns or cities or states don’t also have to travel to EKPOMA and come down to the school to be screened.

There is no Exam or Aptitude test, the Screening Exercise IS JUST ONLINE SCREENING and NOT Physical Screening. After Registering for the Post UTME / Screening Exercise, just relax at home and exercise patience as your result would be uploaded on kofa when it’s time.

Your SCORE would be calculated based on your JAMB Score and GRADES in the 5 Major O’LEVEL SUBJECTS required in your Choice Of Course. When results have been uploaded on Kofa, We will notify you all. Candidates with Awaiting Result(s) after making payments should not submit their forms until the results have been released by the examination body. Such candidates will be screened at later dates (SURELY)

AAU Ekpoma Post UTME and DE Form Registration Announced

AAU Post-UTME form, Registration, cut-off mark, eligibility screening date, application cost and deadline for 2018/2019 Academic Session have been announced. The required cut-off mark is 175. Application form costs ₦2000. Registration deadline is August 31st, 2018. See full details below:

AAU Ekpoma Post UTME and DE Form Available for 2018/2019 Session

This is to inform all 2018/2019 UTME candidates who applied to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as institution of First Choice, with a UTME score of 160 and above that they are invited to apply for the post UTME screening exercise.

All 2018/2019 UTME candidates who applied to Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as Institution of  First Choice,  with a UTME Score of 175 and above are required to pay for the Ambrose Alli University , Ekpoma Screening Exercise online Application form at a fee of 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) only Using their ATM debit Cards on Interswitch.

AAU Ekpoma Mode of Screening

The screening exercise would be by screening of qualifying results (if any). It is not certain yet if there will be an aptitude test screening later. 

AAU Post UTME Application Guidelines

(Please note that the portal for registration is yet to be enabled. Check this page regularly to know when it has been enabled)

Candidates are advised to apply online at https://aaue.waeup.org using ATM debit cards on lnterswitch. 

All such candidates must upload their coloured passport photograph, fill in all relevant Certificates/documents (WAEC/NECO/NATEB etc. with the correct examination number and pin) to the Portal. 

Candidates should preview and confirm that the passport photograph is properly uploaded as no complaint of wrong or blank picture will be entertained after submission of forms. 

DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES:

All Direct Entry candidates who applied to JAMB for admission and choose Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma as Institution of the First Choice are also required to complete the online application form for their screening exercise. All such candidates must enter all relevant certificates/documents (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB, NCE, DIPLOMA/DEGREE etc with the correct examination number and pin) to the Portal.

Screening exercise for Direct Entry (DE) candidates is scheduled to take place from Monday, 13th August, 2018 to Wednesday, 15th August, 2018. 

Note: All candidates (both UTME and Direct Entry) are to note that: 

(i) Application form ₦2,000.00(Two thousand naira) only will be charged at the point of purchase of the forms online via ATM debit cards on Interswitch. 

(ii) All names should be written in full when completing the online application form as no initials shall be entertained.  

AWAITING RESULT CANDIDATES

The date for the screening exercise for candidates Awaiting Result would be announced in due course

WARNING:

(a) Any candidate who fails to fill and submit the form online may forfeit his/her eligibility for consideration of the 2018/2019 academic session’s admission exercise. 

(b) Anyone caught impersonating runs the risk of being handed over to the Police and the candidate so impersonated would be automatically ‘disqualified’ .

    Is it that the vc didn’t get the memo dat F. G dont want post utme again… Admission Screening exercise ko, anytin dey call it… Wat happen to uniben will happen to dey.
