Applications are currently ongoing for the 2016 Microsoft Explore 4Afrika Internship Programme For African Youths and all interested African youths are invited to apply.

The Microsoft 4Afrika Internship Program provides a world-class job training experience to qualified students in our Microsoft Africa locations.
The primary goal is to promote employability by providing a unique job experience to hundreds of qualified graduates per year, enabling them to land jobs within Microsoft and our broader partner ecosystem in Africa.
The program has two intakes per year and kicks off with a one-week on-boarding and orientation event in our South African office.
This includes a signature team building activity to get the interns energized for the intense year ahead.
Eligible Countries
African countries. The vast majority of opportunities are offered at Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya.
Eligible Fields of Study
A preference in Science, Engineering and Business Majors.
Eligibility Criteria
- Highly motivated University Graduates or undergraduates with excellent academic performance and a passion for technology
- Interested candidates will be picked from a 4Afrika approved partner University (see below)
Number of Awardees
Up to 100 Interns per year in both the 4Afrika Graduate and Undergraduate Internship program
