Scholarship Description:
Specifically for high school seniors, the LendingTree scholarship is provided to students who make higher education a top priority in their lives. The scholarship is designed to help those students who believe that getting a college education is worth the money, time, and effort.

Eligibility:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be a U.S. citizen
Be a high school senior
Have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
False information or plagiarism on applications may be grounds for immediate disqualification
Submission:
The following must be submitted in order to be considered for the scholarship:
A completed application
A video no longer than 30 seconds, responding to the provided prompt
The award recipient will provide the following documentation in order to obtain the scholarship:
A copy of a current academic transcript
Proof of citizenship in the U.S. (i.e. birth certificate, passport, etc.)
Official documentation of acceptance to a college
Name and address of college that student will be attending
Award:
One applicant will be awarded a $2,500 scholarship in 2016. The Scholarship award recipient will be notified of the selection on or before August 15th, 2016
Deadline:
Completed applications must be submitted no later than July 15th, 2016 at 11:59 PM EST. All applications must be submitted through the online form.
