University College London is offering LLM Scholarships for the 2017/2018 academic year.

The Faculty currently offers the following LLM Scholarships, to overseas applicants from outside the European Union, except The Master of the Rolls Scholarship which is open to all students from Commonwealth countries.
• Five Bentham Scholarships
• The Master of the Rolls Scholarship for Commonwealth Students
• The John Carr Scholarship for students from Africa and the Caribbean
• The Sir Frederick Pollock Scholarship for students from North America
• The Sir John Salmond Scholarship for students from Australia and New Zealand
• The Chief Justice Scholarship for students from India

Value of Scholarship
The value of each of these scholarships is £5,000.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants will be automatically considered for the scholarships that they are eligible for if they are offered a place on the LLM.
How to Apply
There is no application for the scholarships. Applicants will be automatically considered for the scholarships that they are eligible for if they are offered a place on the LLM. The Scholarships will be based upon academic merit using the application submitted for the LLM programme. In order to be eligible for a Scholarship, UCL must receive a complete application by Friday 20th January 2017. Please note that the application will not be considered complete if you apply online by Friday 20th January 2017 but it is still pending one or both references.
We should hopefully have the outcome of the LLM scholarships by the middle of May and only those successful will be notified by email. If you receive no notification by the end of May, then you should assume that you have not been successful.
