I think it should be we really enjoyed ourselves instead of it being just enjoyed since it wasn't only one person, it is plural but if you can really enlighten me and explain more why it should be enjoyed we are really enjoyed ourselves is more suitable than we enjoyed.
We really enjoyed is correct. To me, ‘WE’ and ‘OURSELVES’ is same thing, using them together is repetition.
