3 Ex-Militants Bag First Class In UK Universities

Nicholas Goodness, Terubein Fawei and Lucky Azibanagein (Ex-Militants) bags First Class Honours in UK Universities.

All thanks to the Niger Delta Amnesty programme being implemented by the Nigerian Government, three repentant ex-militants have bagged first class honours in UK Universities.

Nicholas Goodness and Terubein Fawei who graduated from the University of Bedfordshire finished with first class honours in public relations, telecommunication and networking engineering respectively, local media reports.

Lucky Azibanagein also graduated with first class in mechanical engineering and Robotic system from the University of Liverpool.

President Buhari is ever ready to implement the blueprint upon which the amnesty programme was established. The era of impunity and phoney contracts are gone for good.

In an event organised by the Nigeria High Commission in the UK, Coordinator of presidential Amnesty programme, paul Boroh congratulated the graduates for making Nigeria proud.

He reiterated President Muhammadu Buhari’s commitment towards ensuring that the Amnesty programme is sustained.

“President Buhari is ever ready to implement the blueprint upon which the amnesty programme was established. The era of impunity and phoney contracts are gone for good,” Boroh said.

He called on saboteurs destabilizing the economy of the country to embrace dialogue and support the president on his policy of developing the Niger Delta region.

Apart from the three students with first class honors, Eighteen others got a second class upper division in various disciplines from different UK Universities.
